Rest assured! We want happy returning customers, so that means we allow easy, hassle-free returns... 

 
We accept returns on items that are not marked with FINAL SALE. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the purchase date.

SHIPPING COST OF RETURNS:


If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, just email us at info@beachfrills.com to let us know, and we’ll e-mail you a prepaid Return Label to print and attach to your return package! For ease, just save your original packaging and re-use it for your return (we love little ways we can recycle to save our planet!). A $5.00 fee will be deducted per return package, or you can return by using your own postal service, at your cost. Please Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will also be deducted. 

CONDITIONS:


Items you're returning must be in unworn/unused/undamaged condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

All items returnable, unless specified on the description of the item. Items marked with "THIS ITEM IS FINAL SALE" cannot be returned. 

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. It is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

REFUND PROCESSING:


Returns will be processed within 3 days upon receipt of your package. 
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

      • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you so make sure you check that information carefully. Sorry, we aren’t able to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases.
      • Personalized, customized and monogrammed items are not returnable.
      • Any discrepancies in your order must be reported within 7 days of the purchase date. Contact us at info@beachfrills.com to receive further instructions.
