If you decide to return an item you’ve purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or provide an exchange for those products, under the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, or undamaged. It should also be in its original packaging.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, in the case of defective items, photographic evidence may be necessary before initiating the return.
If you opt for a refund, the original purchase price (excluding any delivery charges and discounts) will be reimbursed through the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, once we have received the returned item and verified that it meets the aforementioned conditions.
In case of any issues with your return, we will provide an explanation as to why the return was rejected and why a refund cannot be issued. This usually occurs when we receive used products that are not in a resalable condition.

How long do I have to return an item, and do I have to pay for shipping?
Given the current circumstance and the need for everyone to remain at home, we wish to offer any assistance possible. We’ve extended the return period for all orders to 30 days:
You have up to thirty days to initiate a return. Your return shipments must be postmarked within thirty days of the purchase date. We will not take returns after 30 days have passed.

Condition for Returned Products:
Products must be in new and unused condition.
We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refund and Exchange Policy
All items are custom-made, making them non-returnable unless found to be defective.
In the case of purchasing a defective item, we will replace it with an identical item of the same size. No exceptions will be made.
Please ensure you inspect the item before washing, as we cannot accept laundered shirts for return.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is deemed faulty, inaccurately described, or differs from the sample shown, we will take corrective measures. This may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for incorrect items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Clearance and Final Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
If a gift item was purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such during purchase, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
We use the address provided in PayPal for shipping. Please ensure its accuracy, as any reshipment due to incorrect information will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time taken for replacement or exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If this period has passed, no refund or exchange will be possible.
While we aim for timely deliveries, we cannot ensure that all items will be delivered within the suggested timeframe. A delayed delivery cannot be grounds for refund.
